The Greek language has permeated all kinds of languages, English being one of them. I have provided some English words below that are of Greek origin, taken from a great book called “It’s all Greek indeed”.
A Gift of the Ancient Greeks to the rest of the world and a constant reminder that all languages and civilizations are intertwined in an endless embrace.

Enjoy!!!!
